NOTE:
1. Do not charge with a high-current charger (high-current fast charger), it is recommended that the charging current be less than 1A (use a computer or a standard USB interface 500ma charger is the best), otherwise the battery drum damage will not be covered by the warranty.
2. Do not turn off the phone or keep away from the watch during the firmware upgrade. Please keep the phone screen always on to prevent the ZEPP process from being closed in the background, causing the upgrade to be interrupted. Otherwise the watch will be bricked due to an interrupted upgrade.
BIP connect & pair
Please install “ZEPP” APP for watch pair.The watch must be charged first (at least 50% to prevent insufficient power during the upgrade process)
You may receive watch in other language(English or Chinese), Please pair and update the latest local firmware according to the following tutorial. The update takes about 20-30 minutes.
Open ZEPP app and select Sign-up with your account. After you have created and signed into your user account, the app will ask you input your details like your gender, height, and weight.
To connect Amazfit Bip to your phone, activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open ZEPP app, tap “+” in the home screen of the app (tap the right hand corner “profile”---”Add device”), Tap on “watch” -watch without QR code- tap “Amazfit Bip” to pair.
Place the watch next to or onto your phone while the Bluetooth connection on your device is in search mode. Then you will receive a pairing request on your watch. Tap the check mark to confirm for pairing.
After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically. This process may take some time to complete. (If the watch cannot be turned on after pairing with an iPhone, please pair with an Android phone first and update the firmware. Because too old firmware does not support the latest ZEPP APP of IOS)
